Mental health toolkit
Our free one hour webinar with Mark Micelli, hosted by Heidi Lee Douglas, discussed the mental health impacts of COVID-19, and what we can do to improve our own mental health and the mental health of our neighbourhoods during lockdown.

Mark Micelli, is a mental health social worker who works with youth and adults who face a range of mental health challenges including: anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and suicidal ideation. Mark works at the national youth mental health organisation, headspace and also runs his own private practice.
Mark has experience working with complex mental health presentations within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and has previously worked as a manager within the surf therapy space. Mark believes in holistic approaches to mental health that include the utilisation of nature and the outdoors to improve positive mental health outcomes. He is an avid kite-surfer and can often be found destressing on Botany Bay. Mark has a Master's Degree (Honours) in Social Work with his main focus having been on mental health.
